This what we found in the bottom of the all rubbish in the attic, lots of soil paper, who knows what and old books and letters, papers, etc. buried in all that. Most of the book covers where damages but the books still are ok to read, old history books, school books, Latin books, Greek language books, old letters, book keeping papers and books, school exams from 1850's and all kind of school notes from the same period beautifully hand written in ink...And if you think what a treasure is that, and the previous owners didn't give any attention for all those historical books and notes... What a shame...
Tämä on kaikkea sitä pölyä ja roinaa, jota vintin lattialta löytyi kaiken muun krääsän keskeltä. Papereita, kirjeitä, kirjoja, kaikki nämä haudattununa roskien keskellä. Suurin osa nahkakantisten kirjojen ym. kannet olivat huonossa kunnossa, mutta kirjat silti hyvässä luku kunnossa. Vanhoja historiankirjoja, koulukirjoja, latinan ja kreikan kielen kirjoja, vanhoja kirjeitä, ja tilinpitopapereita, kouluvihkoja 1850-luvulta kauniisti kaunokirjoituksellaja musteella kirjoitettuja. Mikä aarre, josta viimeiset talon omistajat eivät välittäneet pätkääkään, vaikka se on osaa heidän oman perheensä historiaa...

I have spent few day eating dust while going through all this huge attic...In the same time going through things with a curiosity and imagination...Same time trying to guess and understand this farms history, through all these things that I have found...This family kept everything since 150 years ago... In the cardboard box I found men's suite that has been in that box at least 70 years, lace curtains on the floor in the middle of the rubbish, plenty of them...
Olen viettänyt uskomattomia hetkiä vintissä "syöden" pölyä. Tämä valtava vintti on antanut mielikuvitukselleni ja uteliaisuudelleni vallan... Samalla se on tuonut paljon vinkkejä ja ymmärrystä sekä arvailua, tämän tilan historiasta. Tila on ollut perheellä 6 sukupolven aikana ja vintillä on säilytetty kaikkea ainakin 150 vuoden ajalta. Löysin tästä pahvilaatikosta ainakin 70 vuotta vanhan miesten puvun, pitsiverhoja on tullut vastaan kasoittain keskellä tätä roskien määrää...
At the yard we have had a cleansing fire going for 3 days to burn all the rubbish from the attic. We will keep many things that I found to show the history of this house, I will later on show them to you as well, ones they have been cleaned first.
Pihalla on palannut iloinen puhdistava tuli kolmen päivän ajan, kun olemme polttanneet kaiken mistä ei ole mitään hyötyä, läpi on käymättä vielä paljon ja säilytämme osan tavaroista historiallisina aarteina, joita teille pikkiuhiljaa näytän kun saan vain ne puhdistettua ensin...
