The previous weekend I made lots of jam with the plums that grow here in a different trees, only things is that they all ripens almost in the same time...And as you can see from the pictures there are so much plums this year, luckily our friends came during the weekend for a visit and we all collected plenty plums for them... So here is all my jam pots upside down cooling, before I took them to the old wine cellar...
Edellisellä viikonlopulla valmistin paljon hilloa, koska luumusato kypsyi yhtäaikaa ja luumuja todellakin oli valtava määrä. Onneksi ystävämme kävi viikonlopulla ja keräsimme heillekin hilloluumuja Ikea kasseittain... Alimmissa kuvissa on hillopurkit jäähtymässä kansialaspäin ja kun ne olivat tarpeiksi viileitä vein ne vanhaan viinikellariin...
